Before signing the contract, Dongguan Heli Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. provides customers with various production process solutions, and provides laser equipment technical consultation, sample samples, equipment selection and other services.

According to the contract, our company will safely transport the laser cutting machine equipment to the installation location designated by the user within the specified time free of charge, and send technical service engineers to install it on site. In the case that the user has spare parts for installation and debugging, the technical service engineer will complete the installation and debugging of the machine within 1-2 days for the user to use, to ensure that the installation and debugging site environment is neat, clean and orderly.

The company provides free technical training. After installation and commissioning, the buyer's operators will be provided with technical training for no less than 4 days at the buyer's site or the seller's domestic training and maintenance center until the operator can use the equipment normally

To provide customers with all-round after-sales service, the company promises: one-year free warranty for equipment and lifetime maintenance. When the warranty expires, lifetime maintenance services are provided. Extensive software and hardware support is still provided after the warranty expires, and free upgrades are available for life.
